I still have a lot of old clip art pictures in Atari formatted .IMG and .PAC formats. Is there a module that I can use to view them or a program for Windows 8.1 where I can do something with them?
It would be a pity if I couldn't use them anymore and I don't really have the time to go through each one in Calamus raster frames until I find the one I need...!

You can use xnconvert to convert .IMG and PAC to whatever format you like.

Calamus supports IMG and PAC image formats with native import drivers.
Bridge can also export these formats.
